We offer FREE shipping and insurance on every order. If the products are made to order, they are delivered within 15 days from the date of placing the order.
Orders are delivered through our shipping partners namely Sequel Logistics and BVC Logistics. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.
The returns policy allows you to request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that after 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange, except in the case of defective or damaged goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with all documents sent with the order. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14–30 days (depending on your location and product type), provided the item is unworn and in original packaging. Custom-made or engraved rings are non-returnable.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Ready-made rings are shipped within 2–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order rings may take 2–4 weeks, depending on design complexity and material availability.
