In 2018, JewelCoves was born out of wanting to offer something more to the traditional fine jewellery purchase. Growing up around the jewellery industry gave us an understanding of how much goes into creating a piece of jewellery—from selecting the right materials to designing, manufacturing, setting stones, polishing, inspecting, and finally preparing it for its owner.
We wanted to build something of our own that combines that experience with a modern approach to jewellery.

Jewelcoves follows all the established laws for ethically sourced diamonds. Our customers always receive Lab-Grown diamonds. We never exceed all governmental regulations boundary wall for ethically sourced diamonds.
IGI certification is complimentary for all lab-grown diamond rings with center stones over one carat. For stones under one carat, you receive Whole Jewellery certification. These certificates ensure complete transparency, authenticity, and acceptance for insurance and appraisal.
We offer a straightforward 30-day return and exchange policy. For assistance or return instructions, our customer support team is ready to help. Please return your jewellery in its original, undamaged packaging.
We provide you with a CAD (Computer Aided Design) file — a raw image of the exact product you ordered. Once you confirm it, we begin the manufacturing process and keep you frequently updated.
We can also share a final product video before we ship, so you can trust that you'll be getting exactly what you ordered.
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided you include the reason for cancellation.
Please note that if production on your order has already begun, a restocking fee may apply. Please contact us for more details.
Customs fees are included in the price you pay at checkout. If your delivery partner ever asks you to pay additional taxes or duties, reach out to us and we'll look into it for you right away.
Our rings are crafted exclusively from premium solid metals like gold, sterling silver, and platinum. We never use plated metals for core designs. Every ring bears an official purity stamp inside the band, assuring authenticity and lasting value.
