30 Day Refund Policy

The returns policy allows you to request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that after 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange, except in the case of defective or damaged goods.

30-Day Returns Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

returned with the original packaging

returned with any relevant diamond certificate

Only one return per order is permitted.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry
  • Made-to-order or non-catalogue products
  • Orders approved during the design or production stage
  • Promotional, clearance, or discounted purchases exceeding 10% off
  • Requests made after the 30-day return period
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration by third parties
  • Unauthorized return shipments sent without approval

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe. Please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to appear.

Items Ineligible for Refunds

Custom or Personalized Items:
Refunds do not apply to custom-made, modified, or personalized items such as initial pendants. We guide you through a comprehensive approval process before shipping your custom item to ensure satisfaction with the design. Any changes requested after receipt of a custom or modified item will incur labor or remake fees.

Engraved Items:
Refunds or exchanges are not available for engraved items.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the return is approved due to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item received
  • Shipping damage verified upon delivery

Post-Return Service

After the 30-day return period, Jewelcoves may continue to offer repair, maintenance, resizing, or support services on a chargeable basis, subject to evaluation and service feasibility.
