Exchange and Buy-Back Policies

Exchange Policy

Loss of the original product certificate will result in a deduction of Rs. 1500.

The original invoice and certificate must be presented for exchange or buy-back. / Loss of certificate will result in additional charges of Rs. 2,000 or Rs. 800 per carat – whichever is higher.

Products purchased from third-party stores other than Pure Jewels will not be eligible for exchange or buy-back.

Buy-back is not applicable on Baguettes, Tapered, and Choki diamonds.

Exchange & Buy-Back is not applicable on Polki, Pearl, and Colored Stones.

Customized jewelry made as per order cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned.

If a discount was applied to the metal or stone value during the original purchase, the equivalent amount will be deducted from the current market price at the time of buy-back or exchange. Additionally, e-Points used during purchase will be deducted from the Lifetime Exchange value.

Buy-back is applicable only for products purchased at a value of up to Rs. 4,99,999/-.

Changes in Policies

Jewelcoves reserves the right to modify these policies at any time so it is advisable to review the policies frequently. Changes will take effect immediately upon publishing on the website: www.Jewelcoves.co.in. Any material changes made to the policies will be made along with a notification here that the policies have been updated.

The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchange basis its current market value, with deductions towards diamond 30% rate cut and making charges cut, taxes and Rs. 1,000 towards processing charges. If you received any discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable.

Jewelcoves products bought from any place other than Jewelcoves stores or Jewelcoves website will not be eligible for buyback/exchange.

For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking/UPI).
